At left, you will find articles and lessons covering photography and graphic design in general, as well as specific guides covering how to use certain software applications such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, as well as Adobe Photoshop.

In the photography lessons and tutorials, you will lean lessons in exposure control, aperture, shutter speed, and basic principles of photography, which is the art of captuing light. The lessons apply to film as well as digital photography.

In addition, you will also learn about the specific photography equipment I use in the field; a Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II Digital SLR, various Canon and Sigma lenses including the fantastically useful Image Stabilization (IS) lenses offered by Canon, Velbon tripods and B+W filters.

Much of the equipment you will see listed was purchased from Adorama and/or BH Photo, out of New York City, as well as Calumet Photo out of San Francisco.
